What does a developer cost via Digital Tribes?
Depending on role, seniority and location (NL vs. nearshore). Nearshore senior developers start around €45-65/hr all-in. NL-based senior developers around €90-120/hr. We are transparent about fees — request a rate overview via the intake.
How do you handle DBA?
Every contract is set up with Statement of Work, documented independence, own hardware and no hierarchical relationship. We check this for every assignment. The Rent Company has been working with this model for 3+ years — 0 issues.
