- Freelance mediation — You have a temporary need. We match a freelancer; contract chain is typically between you and the contractor (with our screening and follow-up). Fast and flexible.
- Hub route — Same freelancers, but Digital Tribes acts as contractual/financial hub. Useful when you want one billing party and tighter internal controls — still structured as genuine contractor engagement, not a sham arrangement.

We stand behind our matches. If within the first year the collaboration does not work — for any reason — we resolve it together. Concretely: a first-year guarantee so you are not alone if the fit turns out wrong. Exact terms are set in the recruitment contract.
Fees: transparent no cure no pay
We work on no cure no pay: you pay only on successful placement. No upfront search or assessment fees. The fee is a percentage of the placed candidate’s gross annual salary (first year), agreed upfront. No surprises after placement.
The exact percentage depends on role and level (e.g. senior developer vs. CTO). In intake we give a concrete proposal based on your vacancy.
